It's official. Augustine has changed our name to Just A Memory. Over the course of the last year we have been through a LOT of changes, and thank YOU for remaining our loyal fans and friends. It's time to spread the word! We were originally going to have a release party on June 4th at Hotch's, however, due to an unfortunate series of events, Hotch's closed, and there have been a few minor setbacks with the recording of our EP, but have no fear! Some of you may remember that in January of this year we won the Band Wars Battle of the Bands in Utica, NY. We are excited to announce that in mid-June we will be going in to record part of our EP at J.A. Castle recording studio in Utica, NY, who graciously donated 20 hours of Studio time as the grand prize for this event. We look forward to working with them in conjunction with SubCat Music Studios in Syracuse, NY (http://www.subcat.net/) who will also be doing some recording, and all of the mixing and mastering for the EP.
During that battle, we had the good fortune of meeting a couple of ambitious bands from Utica, NY. In July we will be joining our friends from Shattered Envy and Autumn Fire on a mini-tour of the NorthEast. Watch our ReverbNation Site for updates!
